PORT DOVER, Ont. - It's Friday the 13th and the bars are stocked up and the restaurants are ready to go in Port Dover, Ont.

Thousands of bikers and motorcycle enthusiasts are expected to show up today for the traditional Friday the 13th rally.

Wind with light snow and flurries are forecast for the community on the north shore of Lake Erie, but the weather rarely deters Friday the 13th celebrants.

Board of trade president Paul Morris says the event is good for the economy any day of the year.

Clark Hoskins with Norfolk County Economic Development and Tourism agrees.

He says in the summer, Friday the 13th can bring in two million dollars to the county in one day.
