The body of 48-year-old James Edward Powley was found on Wednesday night, and police say they do not suspect foul play.
His vehicle was reportedly spotted in Norfolk County late Wednesday afternoon. OPP searched the area and found Powley's body.
Powley was last seen leaving his Eastbourne Street home on Sunday morning to walk his dog.
